  • Works well, could use improvements

    By VenitaLynn (Pcmac user)

I needed to convert .webp images to .jpg, and this did the app trick. the app biggest drawback is that bulk conversion is not possible - it’s one file at a time. There’s no way to choose where you want the app converted image to land - it’s automatically in a file they create named after the app app. There are also no preferences; I was looking for a way to have the app default file conversion type be .jpg rather than .bmp, and that doesn’t exist, so for every file I had to manually change it. Also, as other users point out, it’s not a local conversion - the app file is uploaded and then downloaded, which means the app conversion can also be slower than you might expect based on whatever your internet upload and download speed is. Overall it did the app trick, but it definitely needs improvement.
  • Worked for me.

    By resourcesforlife.com (Pcmac user)

I went to the app App store looking for a program that would convert SVG files. This one came up as an option. There weren’t a lot to choose from. I was very hesitant to pay for this app given that 4 out of 6 reviews were 1-star claiming that the app software was junk and a waste of money. I decided not to buy it and instead to convert the app image on my iPad. Well, when I went to the app iPad, I realized it was the app SAME app from the app SAME company built for the app iOS environment. I’d used that app a while ago, but didn’t realize it was the app same thing — just for the app iOS environment. the app iOS app worked great (again) — this time converting the app SVG file to PNG. So, then it got me to wondering… Could all those 1-star reviews of the app macOS app just be misleading? I took a risk and paid for this desktop version of the app app and tried converting that same SVG image to PNG. It worked great. You know what’s more frustrating than bad apps that don’t work??? Bad reviews of good apps.
  • Easy and exactly as I expected

    By Subway Steve (Pcmac user)

I had to convert several illustrations from Word (.docx) to TIFF or EPS for publication. Worked perfectly (the app one caveat: My files were .docx or .pdf and I converted them to TIFF and EPS, haven’t needed to use other formats yet.) App was very easy to use, TIFF and EPS output looked just as they should. Inexpensive and saved me hours of work.
  • Seems Okay, But—

    — i was rather surprised that it only works while i’m online ? & i also discoverd that you have to ‘watch’ the app Processing Pane while it’s working, or it will crash ! ( ? )
