The other reviews are correct. The app costs money to get back most data. But if you click to leave it prompts you as to why. I chose "too expensive" and got a coupon for half off. So I paid the $30 and it did download all my deleted texts. And I got the ones back that I needed. So. Worth it for me. Be warned, for $30 you only get 5 phone scans. It is up to you to decide what is worth it.
Complete waste of time!

If you like having your phone and computer tied up for a day while the software pretends to back up then decrypt, then scan, then this is your app! Three attempts of about 3 hours each, all stopped progressing at some point. Complete waste of time.

Accidentally deleted a message purchase this product installed it on my laptop it ran a scan said it found deleted text so I paid $59 all it found was old deleted text not the one I just deleted
Very bad application

Its a scam they first ask you about you email then they told you you iphone has a virus and they want you yo download another virus scanner app. I feel like i am still in 2007 with the scammy method they are using
