Software Features and Description

1. Instead of making settings on the unit or taking up the preview monitor, you can control the following functions in real-time with the V-1HD Remote.

2. *The combination of Remote App Ver.1.0.0 and V-1HD Ver.2.00 or the combination of Remote App Ver.2.0.0 and V-1 HD Ver.1.0x may cause unexpected operation.

3. *To connect an iPad to the V-1HD, you need to prepare a Lightning to USB Camera Adapter (no need for iPad Pro with USB-C) and a USB cable.

4. V-1HD Remote is an application for remotely controlling the Roland V-1HD video switcher.

5. *The V-1HD you are connecting to must be running at the latest version (Ver.2.00 or later).

6. *For the settings on the V-1HD itself, please refer to the V-1HD User's Manual.

Install V-1HD Remote app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using V-1HD Remote on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "V-1HD Remote"
The search will reveal the V-1HD Remote app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once V-1HD Remote is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including V-1HD Remote.
Now enjoy V-1HD Remote on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native V-1HD Remote Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use V-1HD Remote,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "V-1HD Remote" » then Click "Install".
- V-1HD Remote will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
