Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Art Legacy Live"
The search will reveal the Art Legacy Live app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Art Legacy Live is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Art Legacy Live.

Wish I could mute

The music is nice, but sometimes I would like it as more of a screensaver for my Apple TV. However, the music is quite loud (even compared to the volume of shows/movies I have been watching) and there are no volume or mute options that I can find. Otherwise, it's a fascinating addition. I often mute the TV and let the the app "decorate" my screen.
Neat idea but buggy

This is a really nice app to leave running on the Apple TV, however, the “movement” feature stopped working and the developer doesn’t respond and hasn’t updated the app.

Beautiful application both on my Apple TV in my iPhone. I enjoyed sometimes I let it play without the music.
