Download an Android emulator for PC:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "VaultX"
The search will reveal the VaultX - Private Photo Album app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once VaultX is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including VaultX.
Now enjoy VaultX on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use VaultX,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "VaultX" » then Click "Install".
- VaultX - Private Photo Album will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I would give this app more stars but their support email never responds to anything I send them. They used to have an older version which is no longer in the App Store which I had a lot of personal pictures stored on and they are now lost forever...with no way of getting them back. I’ve messaged them plenty of times asking for assistance with their forgot password system as it won’t let me input my email to reset my password. If they actually would reply to my emails and help me out I would be willing to give more stars.

I have been using this app for about a month. It has been very easy to use. I like that there are many different safeguards used to keep my pictures both safe & private. If U have some personal photos that U wish to keep private then this is the app for U. It's very easy to add pix/videos & I like that it gives U the option each time, to delete them from where they were imported if U wish. I recommend this app for anyone who wishes to keep those special pix/videos private & away from prying eyes. It is totally free! If U desire to pay for the upgraded version it does offer more options to protect your privacy even having pseudo passwords to throw off snoopers. I also like that the encryption/decryption lies w my device. This means that no one else can view my pix without my phone & my password. It can also be set up using your fingerprint as your password. I feel confident that my photos/videos are safe & protected & highly recommend this app.
