Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Really nice

    By Kitty4498 (Pcmac user)

My moms side speaks Vietnamese, but I’m not good at speaking it. Hopefully, I can immerse myself and get better. :)
  • It’s alright

    By Bowshot12336 (Pcmac user)

It’s not a terrible app but I feel pretty dang mislead being told I can learn languages and I only have three options to learn from and two of them are Chinese and the other English which is the language I already speak!🙃 it would have been awesome to actually be offered more than just three options if the app is going to be pitched to me under the guise of learning any language.
  • Great app to supplement language learning

    By Dilun Ho (Pcmac user)

Very useful app with access to good video content to help learn and practice new vocabulary at my own time and pace.
  • Nice language learning app--great for high intermediate level

    By Jason242 (Pcmac user)

What it does is take videos from popular sources and give you immediate access to the subtitles while streaming the show. The subtitles allow you to quickly save words and when paused allow you to look up the translation. In some cases you can get subtitles in English and Chinese at the same time. There is also a 5 second rewind and a skip back to previous subtitle. The second one is hit or miss but it's great when it works. The app is currently my favorite languages learning app. Look forward to where they go with it in the future.
