Broken and useless

I don’t know who to be more disappointed with: the app developer for writing such a broken app, or Apple for allowing this into the App Store. If you simply try to find a location, you can’t. And the schedule on their website isn’t responsive so it’s nearly impossible to know what’s going on, and when. Which is really sad because the clubs are beautiful. But they have a gaping hole in their tech.

This app no longer works as it used to. They claim they fixed the bugs but not true yet. I get kicked out every time I enter the app and cannot access the class schedule at all. I keep having to delete the app and download it again hoping it’ll work again. Unfortunately it works after doing so, but only for a few hours or so (maybe the day if I’m lucky).
This app is an embarrassment to any establishment

My 12-year-old could create an app with less bugs. I cannot believe the this app won’t invest a few hundred bucks into building a proper app. I’ve had to delete it and download it about 75 times this year alone. Shame
The worst

For a luxury health club this app is a shame. It crashes all the time with the need to uninstall and reinstall. It’s a shame to offer your members such a crappy experience. Worst app ever. You should fire the programmer.
