Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Netcad Online"
The search will reveal the Netcad Online app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Netcad Online is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Netcad Online.
Now enjoy Netcad Online on PC.

To use Netcad Online,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Netcad Online" » then Click "Install".
- Netcad Online will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
