Admins Police and Ban you without telling you why

I’ve enjoyed this game for years. I think it’s ridiculous that they ban you because your not saying nice things all the time. But then again you can argue about politics and religion and sex all night. It’s like if you say something that the developers don’t like they ban you. No email No warning No questions on why you blew up. But there’s players on here that play awful on person so you quit so they rank up. If you don’t quit be ready to play a game for 45 mins. Then when you respond developers will ban you. If this app was only about this app they wouldn’t have a “common room” so people can chat without playing! Like come on who’s really going to download a this app game because they want to talk about this app! Here’s another one the developers must never play this app even in real life your going to get mad at your partner every once in a while. After sending this they A. Won’t respond because that’s what they do. B. Nothing will change C. They will ban me forever not just for two days. So if your a serious this app player looking for competition this isn’t the app more rank you get the worse they play bc they have made the good ones quit so good luck

Once was the best, now...

My partner had the ace and king of diamonds and clubs, it had the ace and queen of harts. It also had the ace, king, queen, jack and ten of this app and it counted 3 book. Ok, so just one time right... wrong it is a constant issue. If you are winning by too much, your "partner" will either bid over or under to set you back. It was never this bad until the last 3 upgrades. I've been playing this game off line and on for about 5 years and this has become such a problem I do not want to play using this app. I've tried on line play but if you are looking for a fun game that is not tournament play it's almost impossible. Until the developers correct this issue I will try other companies. This company is just too obvious with their setups.
Customer service or developer, thank you for your response but are you kidding me? Of course I am sure I am having the issues described above.

I want to give this game 5 stars, but there is a problem with constantly having to restart the game, or hesitations. Once these bugs get worked out, this will be the best this app game on the App Store, in my opinion. I base this on comparing this game with others I have played. I play offline and the other apps are annoying because your own teammate doesn't seem to understand how to play the game, trumping over you when you won the play, causing you to run out your this app before you make the books you committed to. On the other games, your partner works against you. On this game, you have a system that understands how the game is played so playing offline is not frustrating.

The way they “ban” people is annoying

As gamers, we all know how satisfying it is to get into a “groove” when playing. That feeling when after surpassing bad partners , rookie mistakes, and you finally get a winning streak going. At THAT moment is when you get a notification of “a ban” and you can’t come back for 72 hours 😑 Honestly, I do get competitive. But I would never say something rude enough to actually hurt someone, or a racial slur, or any derogatory name for that matter. Let’s say someone beats me a hand and tells their partner “good job p” I’d say something like “you’re going down!” In return. However apparently that’s enough to ban someone.
I reached out to admin via email they refuse to specify the incident that warranted a ban and refused to lift it.
I think you’re better off playing the this app app that connects to Facebook! These problems don’t exist
