Great design, but works only in some European countries

I was just about to rent a car today and I saw this app. Great design and concept I thought and downloaded it immediately. I'm confused why is this app featured in the US App Store if it only works in Belgium, France, UK and few other European countries? Am I missing something?
Underwhelming experience ,bumpy set up

No sure why my first review isn’t showing...Had trouble finding then returning car...phone ran out of batteries so had to go in to a shop and charge before could use again...car was a bit dirty as well although nice enough car but think I’ll stick to normal car rental companies in the future!
Get ready for a headache

Took 9 hours of back and forth before I gave up. My bank could not understand what the problem was. The customer service on the phone was awful and while the service via chat was friendly, they were completely unable to help with all the problems with the app.
