Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Urban Tarot"
The search will reveal the Urban Tarot app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Urban Tarot is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Urban Tarot.
Now enjoy Urban Tarot on PC.

If you love cities and NYC in particular this is the deck for you! The images are stunning and bring a new insight to my reading of the cards. This app is amazing. It is perfect for daily draws, playing with several different decks and having with you to do an unexpected reading. Amazing Deck & App (especially for urban readers)

Can't say enough about this deck. The interpretations are novel and unique and are full of the life and lore of New York City. The deck was created by a NYC native & graphic designer and is filled with beautiful imagery and interesting reinterpretations of the cards. Another great deck from Fool's Dog.

It's well-done, but to me, doesn't feel like NYC as much as I'd hoped. Wish there were more diversity in the people depicted. Finally, I was not prepared for the image of the burning WTC. Will try to return.
