Software Features and Description

1. Current map servers supported are OpenStreetMap, OpenAerial, OpenCycleMap (global coverage), USGS Topographic, Imagery and hybrid topo/imagery (USA).

2. You can add any tile server that uses XYZ or quad tree URL parameters for raster tiles.

3. Mappist is an easy-to-use online map viewer that lets you view street, topographic and aerial maps on your TV.

4. *** NEW: *** Add more map types by entering a tile server URL.

5. If adding a new server, you must ensure that you are in compliance with that server's terms of use.

6. Easily pan and zoom with the Apple TV remote (double tap and swipe to zoom) or MFi game controller.

7. Search for place names and zoom the map to the results.

8. Explore the world from your living room.

Install Mappist app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Mappist on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mappist"
The search will reveal the Mappist app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Mappist is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mappist.
Now enjoy Mappist on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Mappist Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Mappist,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Mappist" » then Click "Install".
- Mappist will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
