Install RouteBreak app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

I give this app one star for effort.
I opened the app, it found my house and told me location services were off. How did it find my house if location services are off?
Every time I tried to drop a pin it told me location services were off, then take me to settings and show me that in fact location services were indeed ON! When I returned to the app there was the pin at the spot I wanted. Also, distance only in meters.
