What is Flixel TV? Flixel is an app that brings cinemagraphs, a new visual medium, to your TV. It allows you to browse through dozens of themed galleries, view cinemagraphs created by artists from around the world, and learn how to make your own with Cinemagraph Pro. You can also access your own cinemagraphs posted to Flixel, select a featured cinemagraph, and learn the latest tips and tricks to create your own living photos.
