    It's good at helping you stay on track. Other than that it seems very outdated, too many clicks to check one thing off. I'm on Day 11 and the "Next Workout" option is stuck on Day 09. Also the pictures I posted on my weigh in day are no longer there. If these bugs were fixed and I didn't have to click through so many tabs to get things done I'd probably give it 4 stars.
