    Being that I do most of my workouts at home and in local parks, this app is a match made in exercise lol. See, I recently purchased a 40lb the app set from DICK'S and needed some strategic muscle group exercises. I searched the App Store, found this app, and was intrigued by the graphics and real demonstration of exercises. Anyway, I spent $5 or less to unlock everything, and I'm totally happy now! Also, I love how I can play my iTunes music on my phone while doing the workouts, and still hear the start and stop beeps. Best DIY workout app...just get it already! 👍🏾💪🏾

    Lots of exercises. Grammar and stuff spelling is a bit off. But the app is smooth the reminders are solid. Wouldn't mind seeing a StrongLifts dumbell equivalent as a routine.

    Good for the weak ones!! Can see you muscles in you arms in just a few weeks or months!! Good workout... You can feel the burn when you do the workout!!
