Software Features and Description

1. Operation Life is designed for use by serving and ex-serving Australian Defence Force (ADF) personnel who are at risk of suicide, as a support to clinical care.

2. The app supports clinical care by offering easy access to emergency and professional support services and a personal support network that users can call when help is needed.

3. Operation Life also features two cognitive behavioural therapy tools to help users sufficiently self-manage their thoughts – grounding and positive reminders.

4. It is recommended users work with their treating mental health clinician to set-up the app, personalise the content and learn when and how to use it to stay safe.

5. Operation Life is a self-management tool for individuals to use between treatment sessions with their mental health clinician.

6. The app also offers helpful advice on staying safe and when to seek help.

7. It was developed by the Australian Department of Veterans’ Affairs.

Install Operation Life app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Operation Life on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Operation Life"
The search will reveal the Operation Life app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Operation Life is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Operation Life.
Now enjoy Operation Life on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Operation Life,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Operation Life" » then Click "Install".
- Operation Life will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
