Game craps out after a while!!

It’s been 3 years since an update, don’t waste your time or money trying to play this game. It was nice while it lasted, which wasn’t very long!!
I had spent a lot of time playing this game, several months in fact. I was trying to get to level 500. Was at 399. There is a huge jump in cost to buy the next hero which you need to continue on. Was grinding away for a couple of weeks and then it happened. I no longer got new quests or daily rewards and every time I used the abilities it would only regenerate if the game was open. I no longer gathered gold when not playing so at this rate I should be able to buy the next hero in the year 2525!!! I reported the problem to the support team and never got a response and there hasn't been an update since October 2016. Get it if you want to waste time and money. Shame, it was actually fun when it worked!

Addicting Game.

This game is without a doubt one of the most addicting games ever...but only for a couple days or so. For one thing, all of the past updates just made the game go downhill, and the game hasn't even been updated since October, 2016. Judging from all the reviews that have similar reviews to mine, I'd say that the developer/s is/are not checking on the game whatsoever. Basically, it's a dead game. If you're having a really boring day with time to kill, I'd suggest this, otherwise, just wait until it gets an update. I haven't even explained half of the problems.

Balancing

I love this game, I almost gave it a 5 star rating. However, I think it needs major balancing, once you get past tap level 600, your hero is very weak. You rely almost completely on heroes, which basically takes the point away from the game, seeing as how you could just collect offline gold and progress just as much. Also, there needs to be a better use for gems, why would I ever spend gems on reviving a hero that is completely irrelevant? And why would I waste gems on gold when I am just going to prestige anyways? If you made gems more valuable, then not only would you progress faster, people might actually buy gems.

One Slight Problem

I’ve been playing for a few hours and one thing I be noticed was opening crates is kinda hard the only way to open them fast is using gems because the only way for the timer to go down is if the game is opened not in the background it has to be on ur screen and it is very hard to keep it running for 12h for a single crystal crate to open I’d like to add it would be nice if the timer would at least work while it’s in the background.
