So easy.
By MadisonZirnheld (Pcmac user)
In the past, I’ve been told by mental health professionals that I should keep a diary or planner. It was always a struggle for me to remember to write in them. Since this is an app, and I always have my phone with me, it’s super easy to open up the app and note that I’m feeling bad and then see all the ways I can fix it. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars (and this might be me not knowing how to work it all the way yet), but I don’t see how the notes come into play if you can’t go back to a day and read them. On good days, I’d like to be able to go back and see reasons why I was happy, because, to me, at least that would give me a reason to try to be happier in the future.

erases my moods + confusing layout
By Thermah (Pcmac user)
this app used to be very cathartic for me. i used it so i had a neat place to organize my thoughts when i felt it was necessary, and for the most part this app did its job in providing a safe place for me to log my this app and track my state of mind throughout the week. it really began to benefit me in the long run, as i was able to read my past this app from time to time and see how much i've improved/grown as a person, and how i've matured in my wording, thoughts, and overall expressing my emotions through sentimental bursts and analyzing the flaws in my thinking. for the first few months i had this app, it was stellar. after a while, however, i noticed that my old this app from several months ago were nowhere to be found. the time that i'd typically be spending re-reading my old this app and reflecting on my past mindsets, i found myself frustrated with this app's confusing layout and the fact that all my this app from april were completely gone. it would be much appreciated if this can be fixed. for now i suppose i'll be using my notes app!!
ps- two great features to implement in the next update would be an 'edit' feature, so that incase a typo is made it can be easily fixed. the other feature would be a password option to lock certain notes, so that in the case that someone may be snooping around my phone, this ensures privacy. thank you!

Simple and streamlined. Can improve.
By Lovesjsharkie (Pcmac user)
I like that it’s simple. I’ve always tried to journal and I’d be able to keep it up if I didn’t get so overwhelmed with how long it takes to write it down. This solves that problem and I like that I can go back to it.
I’d love to see:
1. Password capability. This is meant to store very private material and the name of the app is not discrete. I have no problem with the name or design of the app, but the password seems like it should happen eventually
2. Editing previous this app. If I see a typo it will drive me nuts and I must fix it. Also, inaccurate/accidental this app affect reports and it’s distressing. Honestly this is the worst thing about this app and it feels like having this bad data in my log is ruining the effort I’m finally putting into myself.
3. Options for reminders. Schedules do t always allow me to log this app at the same time daily, so a day of the week option would be much appreciated.

Practically useless for someone trying to actually track their moods
By Mishewwie (Pcmac user)
I have bipolar and wanted a good mood tracker so I could track this app simply and multiple times a day. The ability to have multiple reminders a day is nice and it’s simple, but that’s about it.
There is no easy way to see a trend of your this app on a graph or in any way where you can see how time/day/date might affect your mood. You also can’t delete or edit this app which is annoying when I’ve accidentally submitted a mood before typing in a note and there’s no way to go back and add it.
The monthly mood view is literally a circle with the number of good, middle, and low this app you had the past month. No mention of dates or times, no way to see the notes.
