Install Bokeh - Focus with Background Blur Photo Effects app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Bokeh,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Bokeh" » then Click "Install".

Only uses a simple blur effect, does not produce bokeh

In all fairness, I’d like to point out that for many people this app will do just what they want. However, its functionality is lacking in one very important way: it does not simulate a wide aperture, it simply applies a blur effect to parts of the photo.
Let me explain, if you’re not sure what that means.
When you look at a photo of, say, an object close to the camera and out-of-focus lights in the background, the lights aren’t simply blurry. Do an image search for “this app” and you’ll see what it should look like—lots of circles, and only slightly blurry. In most real-world examples, it won’t look quite so striking, but the difference is easily noticeable.
This app does not simulate that. All it does is apply a simple Gaussian blur effect, which looks quite different, and provides you with extremely few options to customize the effect.

it’s broken

Opened it, started using it, it crashed halfway through. I had to force quit to close it then it wouldn’t open again. Tried reinstalling it, still wouldn’t open. I guess we should beware of the $.99 deals.
