Install Startup Canvas app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Startup Canvas on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Startup Canvas"
- The search will reveal the Startup Canvas app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Startup Canvas is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Startup Canvas.
- Now enjoy Startup Canvas on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Startup Canvas,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Startup Canvas" » then Click "Install".
- Startup Canvas will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Doesn't work right

Sort of ironic that an app built from start up principles in the tech world doesn't work properly, but it doesn't. Error message given upon launch, and projects don't save properly. When they do, screen freezes and you have to kill the app, and re-open to see if your work is there. Great UI, but isn't functional.

I love this so far. Great job developers. There's a few tricky spots, but nothing major.
1. If you put "#" in the title of your lean canvas, as in "version #1," the canvas pdf button at the bottom stops working and you can't see the actual document. I found this by process of elimination across three different canvases.
2. 80% of the time it's very difficult to prevent the keyboard from covering up fields 8&9 while typing.
Other than that, this is AWESOME!
