Install NewTom GO Control Pad app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "NewTom GO Control Pad"
The search will reveal the NewTom GO Control Pad app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once NewTom GO Control Pad is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including NewTom GO Control Pad.
