1. With the Phone Clip+, ReSound Control lets you use your mobile device for easy overview and remote control of your ReSound wireless hearing aids and ReSound Unite wireless accessories.

2. ReSound Control is the hearing industry’s first fully integrated remote control app for wireless hearing aids and accessories.

3. Adjust volume level and change programs on your wireless hearing aids.

4. Other required devices: ReSound wireless-enabled hearing aids.

5. Use the dedicated link screen to overview connections between the app and your hearing aids.

6. ReSound Unite Phone Clip+ (released Dec 2012) is REQUIRED to use this app.

7. Adjust volume level on your wireless accessories.

Install ReSound Control app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using ReSound Control on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ReSound Control"
The search will reveal the ReSound Control app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once ReSound Control is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ReSound Control.
Now enjoy ReSound Control on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use ReSound Control,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "ReSound Control" » then Click "Install".
- ReSound Control will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Phone Clip Plus App Works Great

Programmed correctly and shown how it works correctly there is no trouble using it with the Forza 8 from Costco. This app takes the place of the remote and phone clip. You have to have a phone that meets the requirements listed and have the phone clip plus (charged up and ready to go) and the the app hearing aids that support bluetooth. Now, the licensed professional has paired the accessories correctly you will not be responsible for pairing, matching, nothing! You will not need any other tech support that has be stated as "non existent". You will be very happy with the ease of use and understand the way this app functions. With the app you can control volume on any setting including the TV streaming. It's Great and on the new edge of advancement for integration phones and hearing aids! Your truly, licensed professional at Costco Fort Worth, Tx.

You must also have the new made for iPhone Phone Clip from the app to work. It will not control your hearings aids without it. With the proper programming (from your hearing care professional) this works incredibly! It may not work with the app aids purchased from Costco.

this application requires the new made for iPhone phone clip in order to work with any of the the app wireless hearing in struments. the app is great, I haved used it on a demo basis in my office and it has many extra features than a regular remote control.
