Install BlueIndy app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using BlueIndy on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "BlueIndy"
- The search will reveal the BlueIndy app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once BlueIndy is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including BlueIndy.
- Now enjoy BlueIndy on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use BlueIndy,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "BlueIndy" » then Click "Install".
- BlueIndy will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:
- Renting a BlueIndy car is super convenient for downtown events.
- It costs less than event parking for personal vehicles.
☹ Cons:
- Signing up for membership should be done as early as possible before the trip.
- Membership cannot be approved in time for last-minute trips.
- Signing up cannot be done at most stations/kiosks.
- Charging is slow and expensive at $2 per hour.
- Customer service is horrible and there are always problems.
- The breaks in one car were not working correctly and customer service did nothing.

Sign up as early as possible before your trip. Not for last minute trips. Did not approve membership in time to use it. Cannot sign up at most stations/kiosks. Terrible.

Not a practice charging system

Do not get an Blue Indy EV Charging membership. Charging is 16A 210V ~3kW... will take 6 hours to go from 30% to 50% on my model 3.
Cost $2 per hour is waaaay too high for charge this slow. It may be more expensive than gas! Haha.
Completely impractical in time, and cost to use as charger.
Can’t use app to do anything - if you forget to swipe your card after unplugging... you HAVE to go back to that spot... hope you’re not across the country.

Super convenient

Renting a this app car for a downtown event is super convenient. When I come into town I park my personal car at one of the outlying stations and take a Blue-Indy car downtown to the event. When it’s over I am out of downtown fast And it costs less than event parking for my own vehicle!

ALWAYS A PROBLEM AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service is horrible and there’s literally always a problem I’m calling customer service everyday and they charged me for a $97 invoice 5 TIMES TOO MANY!!! And they had to mail a check so not only did I have to wait but they were horribly rude and worse with that broken English I wouldn’t use it unless desperate last car I was in the breaks weren’t even working correct and I called and customer service did nothing!!! I can’t even begin to explain more but I’ve talked to customer service a total of 4.2 hours today and I am done with this service I’ll pay the extra to Uber
