Just be patient

Apparently just have to be patient and let (a few minutes) upload the movie and after that it won’t be all black.

Bought this because I love the 8mm app so much, but I’ve had quite a few crashes in a short amount of time. Most clips I try to import are just black and if I try to trim them, it crashes. If the bugs are ironed out soon I would likely use this quite a bit!
Not sure how this app is even allowed on App Store!

Has not worked since I downloaded it over the summer. Has not worked on iPhone X, XS, or iPad Pro 2017. I have tried to uninstall, reinstall and still no luck. The app will open if photos are are “not” allowed access but then app is h usable since I won’t have any content to use.

I got this in a package with the 8mm video. But the videos from 8mm won’t show up on here. Most of my photos don’t appear either. It is just black. I read to be patient and it takes a few minutes, but one sat overnight and is still just black. Very disappointed in this app.
