Install Shipment Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Shipment on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Shipment"
- The search will reveal the Shipment Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Shipment is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Shipment.

Terrible service

Never have I had such in satisfactory service as I received on a recent this app.
My tracking information on my DHL app notified me of the expected delivery of my package for yesterday and I waited here for the entire day until 830 last evening when I called DHL direct and they said the package had been attempted at about 825 PM that the courier had attempted delivery and left notice on door because I was not home. This was entirely false as I had my door wide open and no courier from DHL ever came to my door.
There have been blocks on my tracking abilities and uncooperative representatives to say the least and non satisfactory responses from supervisors who failed to do their job as they stated they would.
On a final call to DHL I reached an associate who expedited my order to be picked up at DHL facility and scheduled it for today’s delivery.

Copy/paste dhl tracking number- app says the number is wrong and freezes at that message.
Couldn’t get it to track anything-
Deleted the app- don’t waste your time/money.
