Too many cancellations

So many times 15 minutes or 20 minutes in and then I find out the restaurant I ordered from cancelled my order. I would say 40% of the time I have ordered from honest bee this has happened. That’s too much. Worst of all, when I would charge it to my card, honest bee would take the money out of my account before the restaurant even approved my order, ergo my order would get cancelled but money would already be taken out of my account. Honest bee does refund within 24 hours but it’s just a hassle and inconvenient that they even have to take it out before the order is approved by the restaurant. That is something I hope they fix. I wish they could wait until the restaurant has confirmed the order and then they would take out the money. It just seems backwards to me. I tried complaining to one of the customer service people on the messenger app but she just told me I would get a refund and didn’t even offer me any credit to cover what I lost from my account for that day. Left a sour taste in my mouth.
Gone downhill

I was a former fan of the app. Their delivery and service has gone downhill. It's strange that they no longer go to areas that they used to. I used them for access to restaurants slightly further away than Deliveroo and Food Panda's radius. But now that they all deliver from the same places, I see no reason to use the app anymore, esp since their customer service wasn't that responsive when I last contacted them. _______________________ We mainly order food and groceries. the app drivers are always polite and on time. If they aren't, you get $10 coupon and an apology. You sense a willingness to listen and improve with this company. It's now my personal favorite. However, I wish you'd add more food delivery options for Tampines area.
I wish I could love the service

Honest bee is convenient, but the service is disappointing. I’ve ordered three times this week and twice I’ve waited over two hours for my order to arrive. First was because the wrong driver picked up my order, this time I don’t even know. But the part I’m most upset about is getting kicked off the customer service chat several times. And the update page is crap. I was also blamed for a cancellation of one of my orders. I didn’t cancel anything and it had to be cancelled because I waited two hours and I got nothing. This is beyond bad for honest bee. And I actually like the drivers and the services they advertise, but whether or not they actually deliver is another story.

Terrible shopping experience. I have attempted to pay with Visa and nothing will work. I then tried to pay with cash and seven different delivery time slots would not work, each time indicating time slot not available. I tried every time slit for three days out and nothing works. Poorly written app and should not be available for download until several important problems are rectified. I am disabled. This sort of grocery delivery is very helpful but have given up with trying for 14 times to make order over s two day period. Further, customer service is always late with responding. Caveat Emptor!
