Treat Older Players Terribly

I have been playing this game for approximately 4 years now. 4 years of my life taken up by this game and molded by it. Recently, the email I got when I was 12 was deleted. I had used an email given by my school at the time, which had been deleted automatically. Whatever- I had a back- up email, right? Hell no. I have tried to get my account back 11 times and they still don’t think that my account belongs to me. Even when all of the emails have my name attached to them, they believe they are different people. My money had gone down the drain because they believe I am stealing an account... Even if the emails are different, does COM2US not understand that people sell their accounts? What if I bought it? Would it squander my money by locking the account to the original player (who doesn’t want it)? The absolute nonsense of expecting somebody to remember little details from 4 years ago boggles the mind. I don’t understand why you’re a company. Change your careers to something else.
Good… but could be better

This is an amazing game with the potential to go places. That being said, here are a couple of areas in dire need of improvement. The first is the network. Although I’m sure there are hundreds if not thousands of guilds they will never appear in the guild tab. Also, nearly no one actually ends up on a talkative channel. The next area is the pvp area. There’s very little strategy allowed due to the lack of information given. Users should be allowed to see the setup of the team they are attacking in order to provide a deeper level of strategizing. On the other hand, I really like how this game’s heroes are actually unique in that after 3-Star heroes the heroes get more individualized than most other games.
It’s... Not great.

I came here from Summoners War. A, in my opinion, far better game. This game is far too laggy, most of the assets are squished in, and it’s just not very quality. It has its perks, but I only got through 10 minutes of playing before I had to stop. Every thing you do results in a laggy stop then the action, no matter how simple it is. Even collecting a reward from the menu, takes a click then a wait. You can just tell how badly and without care or effort this game was made. And back to Summoners war, this virtually the same game, but with worse graphics, worse mechanics, and worse user friendliness. If you were looking for a good strategy game with more or less the same concept to this one, take a look at Summoners war. Same creators, less of a cash grab.
Really bad network

Keeps saying connecting to chat and won’t work.. Also there is some serious delay with almost everything in the game(interface loading, loot collection, etc). The network for this game is a joke. Gameplay wise it is ok... They give you everything you need to progress and beat everything normal level. After you complete it you don’t really have anything else to do. Getting to top arena will require you to spend several hundred or thousand because the veterans have a lot of monster to 40, meaning they got the same rare legends($100) at least 5 times to make it from lvl 30 to 40. Anyways pls fix the chat to connect.
