1. Using this app in conjunction with the TextLimit.com website gives you the ability to use the Alert Notifications built into the iPhone to display Alert messages when the phone is moving above a user-selected speed.

2. You (the administrator) determine the minimum speed at which you want the user-configured Alert Notifications to appear.

3. The TextLimit app provides the ability to geo-locate the enrolled phone on a map anytime there is a GPS signal and an Internet connection.

4. When the phone exceeds the speed you set, Alert Notifications will appear.

5. "TextLimit will track the user's GPS location,Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life”.

6. TextLimit will work anywhere in the world where there is a GPS signal and the user has an Internet connection.

7. Once the phone falls below your selected speed the Alerts will cease.

8. The user must agree to allow the app to utilize the location of the device.

9. Since the app uses the internal GPS, the user may see some decreased battery life between charges.

10. You may always make a 911 call or use the Traffic Information even when the Notifications are being presented.
