1. It uses Ancient Tones, Solfeggio Frequencies and special TBSW waves specifically for meditation and healing effects.

2. Meditation Beats (MediBeats) is the best app for meditation to specific frequencies used throughout history and new ones too! Great for stress relief and healing.

3. Take note that music should NOT be used when meditating to specific frequencies, because music frequencies clash with them.
