Coulnt rent the car

They charged the price but the Rental company didnt rent the car at 10 pm!! No solutions. Dont rely on their voucher or confirmation

Yaşadıgım problemi çözemedim, geri dönüş yok, kiraladıkları firmayı arıyorum ordan bile geri dönüş yok. Parayı anında çekiyor kartdan sonrası boş.!

Dishonest, predatory company charged me 220€ for an invisible scratch

I am extremely displeased with Rentalcars, because through this app I was robbed of 220€. They let me fall prey to a dishonest rental company. My story: Through Rentalcars I found B-RENT, an Italian rental company. According to Rentalcars, this B-Rent has very good ratings. I rented a car for two days and returned it in perfect condition, but B-Rent claimed to find a “damage”, basically a scratch smaller than your fingernail and invisible in daylight. They charged me 220€ extra for this scratch (150 for damage, 70 for administrative fees). I am literally robbed. But hear this: when I went back on Rentalcars I saw that this is B-Rent’s signature move. There are many 1-star reviews by tour operators and real people telling stories similar to mine, but they are lost among 5-star reviews by bots who have a history of only 1 review ever. Basically Rentalcars does not care about protecting us from predators like B-Rent. Despite all the evidence of dishonesty Rentalcars recommends B-Rent. Main point: Do not use this app. Go directly to Avis or some other well known company. Keep your money and peace of mind.

Whenever I select and apply a pick up&drop off time and book a car, this times are different when i want to check or amend my booking.
