4. Body Tracker is an assistant for personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts.

5. It easily allows you to store and monitor exercise session for you or your PT clients.

6. This area lows you to add the body measurement and will calculate the approximate body fat according to the measurements.

7. There are currently 6 tracking views to see whats been happening, these simple view can help you plan your next session.

8. The categories cover the exercise style, the intensity, and the area of the exercise.

9. This allows you to add the most recent exercise session.

10. The profile view allows you to add and edit information about your clients.

11. I found that this was an easy and straightforward, and for this reason I decided to release the method as an application.
