evaluation period

here it says it is free but now every time i open it on my laptop, it says "your evaluation period has expired, would you like to activate it now" and if i click ok it directs me to a paypal page. i contacted them via support email and they told me to "ignore" the notification. ridiculous, isn't it?

Not Working

I was using that app long time. But it isn’t working anymore. After that last update. It can’t connect.
