1. Proxy Health Check-in is a simple way to safely and securely verify the health status of employees, contractors, visitors and others who enter your office, workplace, or business.

2. With the Proxy Health Check-in app, transform your iPad into a check-in kiosk and allow employees and visitors to seamlessly tap in and scan their Proxy Health Pass when entering a lobby or entry area.

3. Proxy follows CDC and NHS guidelines, is a member of the Decentralized Identity Federation, Good Health Pass Consortium, and a partner of licensed testing labs.

4. Employees can then use their mobile devices to download the Proxy ID app on their phone, fill out their Health Pass, and then check in.

5. • Connect to the Proxy Health Dashboard to analyze check-in activity, manage health incidents, and create reports.
