6. The app is designed specifically for LetsLose patients and you can't use the app unless you're a LetsLose patient already in their care.

7. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

8. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

9. This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit.

10. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
