1. As well as help for managing long-term conditions, some of the common medical concerns Livi doctors treat include skin conditions and rashes, allergies, digestive problems, women’s health concerns and more.

2. Just like a GP you’d usually see, Livi GPs are happy to offer medical advice for most conditions – although some may require a physical examination.

3. Livi is the first and only digital GP service to be awarded an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

4. You’ll then see if you’re eligible for our free NHS GP service and if not, anyone living in the UK can book a pay-as-you-go appointment.

5. Appointments include prescriptions, specialist referrals and sick notes if you need – all without going to the doctor’s surgery.
