1. 1) Try out training programs - each training program is split up into beginner to advanced workouts that include videos, interval timers, and digital trainers to guide you throughout your journey.

2. For your convenience, subscription charges will be processed through your iTunes account, ensuring a seamless and secure payment experience.

3. • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Should you decide to cancel, simply do so at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period to avoid auto-renewal.

5. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

6. 2) Fitivity COACHING! Coaching is a highly engaging exercise experience that combines mixes by DJ's and super motivating trainers to push you through workouts.
