1. PURPOSE: The Count & Time App contains 11 terrific, useful Count and Time functions.

2. So then I needed a notification every 20 minutes to remind me it is time to take a break.

3. I read an article that said that taking a quick standing break every 20 minutes can improve your health.

4. To Stop a function you Tap Stop and the functions Stops, simple.

5. Then I added several other functions and decided to share the App in the App Store.

6. Please visit the web site for more details and to see the help files for each function.

7. Then I needed a Metronome so I added a Metronome.

8. Then I needed a Stopwatch so I built a Stopwatch.

9. For the most part you simply Tap the Start button and the function Starts.

10. The App consists of 11 functions that are very easy to use.

11. These Smooth Toys were built to have some fun with the iPhone/iPad.
