3. Your iTunes account will be charged for one month renewal of $13.99 USD and for one year renewal of $89.99 USD within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period respectively according to the plan subscribed.

4. The My Trainer Carmen App is a $13.99 USD monthly and $89.99 USD yearly subscription that will auto-renew 24 hours for each term of one month or 1 year respectively after your initial term ends.

5. Subscriptions may be managed in your iTunes settings and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
