1. LinKey users can list or search for properties, enabled by a social network where agents can chat with other agents and all their customers who have given them an "assignment" to sell, buy or rent a property.

2. LinKey is a real-estate app for the Dubai market, connecting agents with other agents and customers with agents to list or search for properties using a network of connected licensed agents in Dubai.

3. • You can chat with all other agents and exchange information about properties either on a one-on-one basis, within a group of agents or in a public forum.

4. • You can post property listings for sale or rent for other agents to view.

5. • You can post a property for sale or rent by selecting agents that are most suitable to your property details.

6. • You can search for a property by selecting agents that are most suitable to your property search criteria.

7. If you accept a customer assignment request, you can immediately chat with the customer on LinKey and his/her contact information is automatically saved in your contact list for future communication.

8. • You can chat and exchange information about properties with all agents that you have selected and who have accepted one of your "assignments".

9. • You can receive assignment requests from customers to list a property or search for a property on their behalf.

10. • You can change agents any time on your listing or search if you are not satisified with his/her performance.

11. LinKey uses a rating system where any customer can rate an agent one week after the agent accepts one of his assignments.
