1. Are you looking for some motivation and inspiration to help you in your weight loss journey? When I started my own back in January 2014 I turned to Instagram to hold me accountable.

2. I also found so many people who had amazing weight loss stories to share.

3. I met some amazing people who were on their own weight loss journey and the community is amazing, offering so much support.

4. I had a passion to create something where all sorts of people could share their success stories for the world to see, the good and the bad.

5. Those stories motivated me so much and I craved my own story, which ultimately I was able to achieve by losing the 50 pounds I held onto for far too long.

6. Everyone featured has their own story to tell and they have changed their life for the better.

7. I would take pictures of my daily eats and my weekly weigh in.
