1. Please note that our Track Cargo status tool only provides information for shipments on flights operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express regional partners and Air Canada rouge (domestic, transborder and international).

By pressing the “Get” button or by downloading the app, or setting up your device to do so automatically, you consent to the installation of the app, its future updates and upgrades and to the Air Canada Cargo Mobile App Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) that govern the use of the app that are available here: You can withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling the app.

3. You can also set default notifications which allow you to set the same notifications for all your shipments, and have your cargo status details sent to your mobile device or e-mail in real time.

4. This will save you time in searching for cargo shipments, flights and routings from your preferred city, and being able to set up shipment and flight notifications with a single transaction.

By downloading or updating this app, you understand that Air Canada may: collect data about your device in order to serve you the correct software, as well as maintain and develop its services; require that you change some of your device settings to use specific features; collect personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

9. NOTIFICATIONS: (push notifications and email/or text message) are used to send you status notification messages such as when the shipment is booked, shipment departed, shipment has been delivered.

10. Search from a list of cargo contact telephone numbers and dial directly from your mobile device.

11. Get Cargo status information by email.
