Obscure wording on advertisement causes overcharging

I think the app’s owner try to use those words that have so much confusing meaning on its ads. It charges me automatically 240$ per year. I just want to try just a month. The company need to make more clear about those words. To me this app is freaky worst. if you want the return customer, you need to clarify app’s ads. Do not seduce them by using the obscure words.

Need refund

I just found out that this app is automatically renewed without any alerts before expiration. It’s kind of unfair. I would like to cancel subscription and need refund since the level of language I’m studying haven’t been updated new videos for months.

awful app, forced to subscribe

I already wrote a review and it got lost when my ipad went to sleep mode. Basically, a disorganised app, just phrases, bad pronunciation, unexplained pinyin (for chinese) and no option to choose zhuyin... Forced to subscribe, risk of getting charged $240!!!! very difficult to figure out how to unsubscribe/cancel, had to reinstall app,and go to settings, didn’t get any positive feedback that i had cancelled I saw the other review about cancelling, nd the developer reaponse... there is no unsubscribe option in iphone settings, or if there is I couldn’t find it anywhere beware
