Bad driver, I will NOT use Lalamove anymore

I booked a pick up truck on 29 April 2019 via app, door-to-door by driver + one worker and it was confirmed by the customer service via phone call and detailed them the things I have in my apartment . It cost 1020 THB (670 fee + 350 door-to-door by driver + one worker). My things needs to be picked up 30 April 2019 at 9am from Soi Senakit, Ratchathewi to Sukhumvit 81. The driver managed to parked the car in-front of the building but cannot go inside the parking space due to the height of the car, so his car was parked just in front of the gate (just in front of the building). I noticed that that the driver was irritated ( had a bad morning) and carrying my boxes without care. They took half of my things etc down from 3rd floor and then he called app. He cannot speak English well and he informed me by showing google translator that another car will come with lower height. Then, app customer service called me and informed me that the driver said his car cannot go inside the parking space and he needs to move his car every 2 minutes “IF” there’s car coming in or out but there’s no other car that time. The pick up truck already parked in front of the gate and the security guard told me that it is okay to park there. It’s just the driver doesn’t really want to work. It is possible other car will come in but driver is not willing to really work. Not helpful and couldn’t find any alternative way to park his car. Then he left with my important things in the parking space. app told me that I should cancel and book a new car. I explained that I need to move out before noon time. So app cancelled my booking , there’s nothing he can do customer service agent said and if how long new truck will arrive and our security guard helped me to find other pick up truck and in 30minutes they arrived in my place and they are very helpful and managed to load my things in just 45 mins without any problem. They parked the car on the street instead. I will not use app anymore! There’s other options you can use with better driver.!!! I used app to moved all my things in my apartment before but no problem with the driver.
