1. The app Alpha is developed exclusively for the performative installation Alpha by fabien prioville dance company and it has a twofold function - it is offering a playful preview of the installation, regardless of your location, and it serves as an interactive tool for entering the actual installation on site.

2. Alpha installation will be premiered from 27th August 2021 to 9th January 2022 in NRW Forum in Düsseldorf, as part of the exhibition "Willkommen in Paradies", after which it will be shown in other locations.

3. The app invites you to collect four parts of a QR code located on four different areas in the exhibition in order to gain access to an additional room at the end, where the actual installation waits for you.

4. The exact exhibition venues can be found in the event calendar on the website of fabien prioville dance company, which is also reachable through the Alpha app.

5. In addition, the build-up of the QR-code parts functions faster if other visitors are using the app at the same time and in the same area on the exhibition site, enhancing the collective experience.

6. When the puzzle is solved correctly, a short video clip starts, giving you a glimpse of the Alpha installation.

7. If you are using the app at home or any other place besides the actual exhibition location, use the "Sneak Peak" button to get a preview of what you can expect in the exhibition.

8. You have to use the Alpha App to be able to experience the actual Alpha installation.

9. By the time you have completed the QR-code for entering the installation space, you have already taken part in the performance itself through the interactive and participatory aspect of this app.

10. The Alpha fpdc app was developed by MIREVI Team of the Hochschule Düsseldorf in collaboration with LAVAlabs moving images GmbH & Co.

11. Alpha is focused on the exploration of new bodily habits related to the daily use of smartphones as well as the development of collective concepts of technology use.
