Feel there is some tricky for item purchasing

I notice that Bank mode of this game has some coding to detect user's behavior. For example, first time I bought item at lower price, next time I bought another item at high price. From last purchasing, the game will adjust and show items for purchasing as high price as minimum for me to see it. Does anyone see like this?
