Forcing to update regardless anything

Guys what the hell? I need to buy a ticket, and you’re forcing me to update. What if I need to show your boarding pass? And you ask for update. What if I don’t have mobile internet or WiFi is slow? Who will compensate me your stupid algorithms if I won’t be able to get on a plane?

Not for russian Credit cards

Заставляете людей терять время, указывайте сразу, что кредитные карты русских банков не принимаются! Immediately indicate that Russian credit cards are not accepted!!!Wasting time on your app

Good performance and design, but errors

Everything good except one pretty important thing: I had FLEXI ticket which allows to choose seats for free. When I tried to do it with this mobile app - app asks for credit card info to charge me for 0.00 Euro. After entering my card info it shows HTTP 500 Error. So I was able to choose seats only with PC version of app website.

Unprofessional, cheap, messy airline

Avoid app service. Would you need anything from their people they make you suffer. Obviously they hire the cheapest personnel possible. It is better to use proper airline with profesional service desk and with a good attitude towards clients.
