An admin of Senso official telegram chat chose tyrannic method of communication with your community - she blocks people just for expressing their opinion on App activity and for asking questions on future plans of the project. Moreover, that woman allows herself to respond aggressively to people who NEVER insulted her or other senso team members, but only asked basic questions. The recent situation showed the admin was completely out of line. Several people in DIFFERENT chat pointed out her rude and unprofessional behaviour towards community in a proper manner without any swearing, and then she tracked that different chat and BLOCKED these people in the official chat. I brought my apologies to these people for this toxic attitude of YOUR employees because I don’t want App to get a bad reputation and guess what happened next? I became one of those blocked guys:) Mr. Blagirev, don’t you think that looks like political repressions? Why does your staff shut people up this way in the public chat that was made for discussions? That appearance of management of international corporation like App doesn’t correspond with worldwide principles of doing business, and that hurts me because I want everyone to see that App is a hidden gem. Every decent company should be grateful for customers’ feedback as people spend their time on reviews to make your job better. I sincerely ask you to have a professional talk with the admin of telegram chat about her duties and how she systematically fails them. I won’t even bother you with a request to unblock me in the chat because I don’t want to participate in this toxic bowl as long as admin doesn’t change her behaviour.
