1. This application (app) provides offline access to more than 80 treaties and other documents relating to international humanitarian law (IHL) – most notably, the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, the ICRC’s original and updated Commentaries on the Conventions and Additional Protocols, the rules of customary IHL identified by the ICRC’s 2005 study on customary IHL and various ICRC documents on IHL.

2. PDF versions of treaties and documents, and of volume I (rules) of the ICRC’s 2005 study, can be downloaded in any of the eight languages – provided the text in question has been translated – by tapping the bottom-right icon when in the document.

3. The section on law and policy documents brings together public documents and links from the ICRC and the International Red Cross and Crescent Movement (Movement) that present or clarify various IHL notions and related issues.

4. Related practice for each rule can be found online by tapping “Related practice” at the top of the page; your device must be connected to the internet to access related practice.

5. When you first open “IHL”, we recommend you allow the app to complete the following processes: “Fetching IHL Treaties data”, “Fetching customary IHL data” and “Fetching PDF data”.

6. You can bookmark documents or parts of documents by tapping the icon at the bottom of the page.

7. You can download the list of ratifications in PDF or Excel formats by tapping on “States party to the main treaties” at the bottom of the page.

8. The app interface can be set to any of the eight languages listed in the settings of the side menu, under “App language”: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.

9. The Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols are accompanied by the ICRC’s original and updated commentaries.

10. Open the app and wait for all data to be fetched (IHL treaties, study on customary IHL and PDFs).

11. The section on customary IHL is organized by topic and then by rule (in English only).

Шаг 2: установите эмулятор на ПК


Шаг 3: IHL для ПК - Windows 10/ 11

Теперь откройте приложение Emulator, которое вы установили, и найдите его панель поиска. Найдя его, введите IHL в строке поиска и нажмите «Поиск». Нажмите на IHLзначок приложения. Окно IHL в Play Маркете или магазине приложений, и он отобразит Store в вашем приложении эмулятора. Теперь нажмите кнопку «Установить» и, например, на устройстве iPhone или Android, ваше приложение начнет загрузку. Теперь мы все закончили.
Вы увидите значок под названием «Все приложения».
Нажмите на нее, и она перенесет вас на страницу, содержащую все установленные вами приложения.
Вы должны увидеть . Нажмите на нее и начните использовать приложение.
