I can’t open the Manual

Hey guys, why do I see the sign “we can’t connect the login server” when trying to log in?? My internet connection is fine.

Issues IPhone XR

App lot of bugs since earlier version of app. At first was login problems, after update to iOS 13 that white screen shows up and nothing happens.
